We were very happy indeed with the property, and with the way it was managed.
It was ideal for what we wanted, and every one of the fourteen people there expressed his/her delight.

We were a group of ten people and spent 4 wonderful days in Balilla 2. There´s room enough for a group of ten -everyone had a nice, cosy room. If you know each other really well I would recommend Balilla 2. Apart from the fact that the kitchen is rather small and that there were there not enough cutlery and crockery, everything was almost perfect. Signora Francesca was really helpful and friendly and the language barrier was no problem at all. The little terrace in the back o the house is really sweet and is perfect for long summer nights ;o)

Bon accueil
Maison bien située, agréable et propre.
Bon rapport qualité-prix
Pour un groupe de 18, il manque quelques ustensiles ménagés (couverts, casseroles...). et une salle de bain.

Wir waren mit 4 Ehepaare in Ihrem Haus. Es erfüllte seinen Zweck. Die Unterbringung war in Ordnung. Gerne kommen wir wieder.

Estuvimos 4 dias en la casa - apartamento, bien recibidos y atendidos por la propietaria. Està cerca de Termini y bocas de metro yi autobús. Eramos 14 personas y pudimos disfrutar del pequeño jardín. Casa antigua con muchas escaleras pero refomada de cocina y baños. Recomiendo ir en verano para aproverchar el jardín, ya que el comedor interior es muy pequeño. Muy cerca hay un supermercado abierto incluso domingo mañana.
