The apartment was very good and very clean
It had all the facilities and i would strongly recommed the apartment

Excellently sited near station and hence access to main bus routes. Good local access to cash point /supermarket Area itself not touristically pretty but we felt safe at all times and enjoyed eating outside at four good, reasonably priced restaurants.
Apartment has all required conveniences and air conditioning WORKS.
Owners live conveniently close and were very helpful -speak excellent English .
Would definitely use again

The apartment was great, finding it in the rain after an eventful early morning arrival in Rome, was not as simple as we thought that it would be. We were tired and this was not helped by the continual rain as we walked from the station.
Our hosts were wonderful and explained how easy it would be to get around Rome. The folder in the kitchen is a great resource and we referred to it often. There was food waiting for us and after we removed our raincoats we were able to have some warm refreshments. The location of the local pizzeria, a supermarket and a tram line were wonderful. We used the tram often. We wished we had known about the tram prior to our arrival, it would have made things so much easier in the wet weather.
Our apartment was comfortable and had everything that it promised. Our hosts were always happy to offer help/suggestions when ever we sought assistance.
The only comment we would make is not to recommend the express train from the airport to the city. Boarding the carriages on the direct express is very hard. It would be impossible for someone who is disabled to travel on the express. I experienced a problem with the automatic ticketing machines at the airport. The machine accepted my credit card but gave no tickets. The station attendant was very unhelpful, so my advice to future tourist to your city arriving by aircraft is to use the door to door airport shuttle if it is operation at the arrival time. We had a wonderful time in your city and were treated well in all the places where we shopped in both Rome and Florence. We will return to Rome again.
