The apartment is located on the 4th floor with lift, of a building composed by the first three floors by a Hotel.
The apartment has a size of 55 mq, immaculate and contemporary in style; it has a bedroom with a queen size bed (160x190) or 2 twin beds (90x90), living room with fully equipped kitchen (fridge, hob, oven, kettle and cooking utensils), dining area and two places in the sofa bed, bathroom with shower and balcony. 
The flat is equipped with the following facilities: individual air conditioning and heating, satellite TV, ensuite-bathroom with shower, courtesy set and hairdryer, a fully equipped kitchen, living room with two places in the sofa bed (queen) and washing machine.

Kaution:

Eine Kaution von 100 Euro ist vorgeschrieben. Dieser Betrag wird in voller Höhe beim Verlassen des Hauses zurückerstattet, vorausgesetzt, dass alles in Ordnung ist.
