Die Umgebung:

This apartment is located on Via Mastro Giorgio in the lively neighbourhood of Testaccio.  Testaccio is where the Roman born and bred either live, or more likely, would like to live. The borgo centres around both a central square/park, where every morning older folk come to sit, and new mothers congregate to share time. In the adjoining Piazza, there is a large covered daily market (120 odd stalls) selling everything from fresh fish and produce to shoes and books. Testaccio is a district filled with colourful bars, shops, supermarkets, restaurants and trattorie and entertainment possibilities where people of all ages can enjoy themselves.
The apartment is about a 15 minute walk to the historic centre, or about 2 minutes on one of the frequent buses (On Via Marmorata Bus n.23/95/280/170/30). The bus stop that takes you to Piazza Venezia and the Metro B Piramide stop  for Circo Massimo or Colosseo/Termini is barely a 10-minute walk away. The Tram  line 3 takes you directly to Trastevere in 10 min.

Unterkunft:

This apartment is located on the ground floor. It has recently been renovated. The apartment is composed by a living room with a kitchenette, a bedroom with a double bed (which may be converted into two twin beds) and a bathroom with a bathtub. One single bed can be added.
The apartment includes air conditioning a TV set (only italian channels) and a DVD system.
The size of the apartment is about 40 square metres.

Haustiere sind nicht erlaubt.

Kurtaxe (nicht inbegriffen im Preis):
2 Euro pro Person und Nacht. Diese Steuer ist nicht im Preis inbegriffen, und muss beim Einchecken bezahlt werden. Diese Taxe ist nicht anwendbar fuer Kinder unter 10 Jahren und kann fuer maximal 10 Naechte angewendet werden.
