This apartment is located in Mestre, in Via Edmondo de Amicis. Mestre is the industrial mainland town connected to Venice by rail and road bridges over the lagoon 5 kilometer (but still part of Venice municipality). More than 220,000 people live in Mestre.
This apartment is located in a central area, so you will have no trouble finding restaurants and shops that will meet all of your needs.
Mestre has good travel connections; buses and trains between Venice and the rest of Italy almost all stop here. As for public transportation there is a bus stop barely 300 metres away from the apartment, and the main railway station is only 10 minutes away (on foot).

Unterkunft:

This open space apartment is located on the 1st floor (lift available).
The open space is composed of a living room with a double sofa bed and a sleeping area  with a Queen sized bed and a single sofa bed (please notice that no walls separate the sleeping area from the living room, so there is little privacy), an equipped kitchenette and a bathroom with a whirpool bath with cromotherapy.
The loft includes a SAT LCD TV set, W-I-Fi, AIR CONDITIONING, a washing machine, a microwave, a toaster, a dishwasher, a digital safe, an iron and an ironing board.
The size of the apartment is about 55 square metres.

Haustiere sind nicht erlaubt.

Kurtaxe (nicht inbegriffen im Preis): 1,2 Euro pro Person und Nacht. Diese Steuer ist nicht im Preis inbegriffen, und muss beim Einchecken bezahlt werden. Diese Taxe ist nicht anwendbar fuer Kinder unter 10 Jahren und kann für maximal 5 Nächte angewendet werden.

Kaution:

Es ist eine Kaution von 300 Euro zu hinterlegen, welche am Abreisetag in voller Hoehe zurueckerstattet wird, vorausgesetzt es liegt kein Schaden vor.
