Die Umgebung:

This apartment is located in the neighbourhood of San Polo, barely a 2 minute walking distance to the Rialto bridge. Ponte Rialto beautifully crosses the Canal Grande (Great Channel) in Venice, and people from all over the word walk over its ancient pavement on their way to San Marco, the greatest basilica in the city. As you join these people you will be able to admire the high street shops on both sides of the bridge (some of which have the best views of the Channel in Venice!) and enjoy a nice stroll across the day market, in which you may be tempted to buy some fresh fruit or some nice vegetables.
Directly behind the Rialto market area you will find Campo S. Giacomo di Rialto with the church of San Giacomo ("Giacometto), built in the 12th century, regarded as the oldest in Venice.
Ca' Pesaro, a museum of modern art, is located a 5 minute walk away from the apartment, within a baroque building that you mustn't miss by any means!
The apartment is also very close to Piazza san Marco (10 minutes walking distance)
The neighborhood surrounding the apartment contains a lively atmosphere, especially in the mornings when the Rialto market comes alive with the sounds and voices of real Venetian life. Restaurants and cafes are found alternating among businesses of every kind, the most prevalent being bakeries, butchers and pharmacies. The neighborhood is very residential among venetians as both a social gathering place and as a principal area for food shopping.

The apartment also overlooks the Canale Grande: say good morning to Venice as you wake up in this wonderful town!

The apartment is easily reachable from Piazzale Roma or from the train station "Santa Lucia" with the vaporetto (water bus) ACTV Line #1, getting off at the stop "Rialto Mercato", or taking a private water taxi to the Rialto fruit and vegetable market.

Unterkunft:

The apartment has been recently renovated and provided with a nice view of  the Canal Grande and the market. It is located on the 3st floor (lift unavailable).
The apartment is composed by a living room with a single sofa bed, two bedrooms with a double bed each (2 double beds can become 4 single beds) and a  bathroom  with a bathtub.
This apartment is provided  with AIR CONDITIONING, INTERNET WI-FI, a TV set (TV only in Italian), a washingmachine a microwave and a boiler.
The size of the apartment is roughly 70 square metres.

Mindestaufenthalt Richtlinien:

Bitte beachten Sie, dass Sie an den folgenden Daten nicht einchecken können: 24. Dezember, 25. Dezember, 31. Dezember und 1. Januar.

Der Preis beinhaltet:

Der Preis beinhaltet Gas-, und Elektrizitaetsverbrauch, frische Bettwaesche und Handtuecher.

Kurtaxe (nicht inbegriffen im Preis):
2 Euro pro Person und Nacht. Diese Steuer ist nicht im Preis inbegriffen, und muss beim Einchecken bezahlt werden.

Fuer diese Wohnung, wie nach den allgemeinen Buchungsbedingungen,  im Falle einer Stornierung, wird die Anzahlung nicht zurueckerstattet. Allerdings, wenn Sie uns innerhalb 7 Tagen vor Ihrer Ankunft informieren werden, kann  die Anzahlung fuer ein anderes Datum (basierend auf dem aktuellen Online- Preis) für die gleiche Wohnung verwendet werden.

Kaution:

Es ist eine Kaution von 200  Euro zu hinterlegen, welche am Abreisetag in voller H�he zur�ckerstattet wird, vorausgesetzt es liegt kein Schaden vor.

Check-in: Von 15:00 bis 20:00 Uhr. Bitte beachten Sie, dass wir für einen Check-in nach 20:00 Uhr eine Extra-Gebühr von 50,00 EUR erheben müssen. Check-in nach Mitternacht ist üblicherweise nicht gestattet. Sollten Sie jedoch verspätet sein, werden wir in der Wohnung auf Sie warten und ausnahmsweise einen Check-in nach Mitternacht in Kauf nehmen. Jedoch müssen wir bei einem Check-in zwischen 00:00 und 01:00 Uhr eine Gebühr von 70 EUR erheben und zwischen 01:00 und 02:00 Uhr eine Gebühr von 100,00 EUR. Check-out: Vor 10:00 Uhr.
