This holiday resort is located in Umbria, halfway between Assisi and Perugia, and close to Todi and Montefalco, in the beautiful Umbrian countryside. Set on the top of a 450 metre hill, this holiday resort has been renovated to ensure a family environment and guest privacy. You will never get bored in this holiday resort! Apart from the activities that the property offers you (swimming in summer, lawn bowling, mountain biking and ping pong) it is also possible to get busy with other activities near the holiday resort: fishing (1.5km), tennis (4km), horseback riding (4km), rafting (40km) and much more!
The property:
This lovely apartment is located within an old farmhouse that has been completely renovated to meet the needs of all of our clients! It includes 9 more apartments. The apartment is composed by a living room with a chimney, a completely equipped kitchen, a loft with two single beds, a bedroom with a Queen size bed, a bedroom with a double bed, convertible into 2 single beds, and 2 bathrooms with a shower. There is also a private veranda in which you may enjoy the Umbrian countryside without leaving your apartment. The apartment includes autonomous heating, a TV set (Satellite TV), a hairdryer and a dishwasher. The holiday resort also includes several activities available to all guests: SWIMMING POOL (open from May 1st until Sep 30th), mountain biking, and ping pong. The size of the apartment is about 90 square metres, plus the veranda (20 square metres).
Minimum stay policies:
Minimum stay 7 nights from 27/06 to 28/08; Stays must start and finish on a Saturday.
The minimum stay is 2, 3 or 4 nights on other seasons.

The price includes gas and electricity consumption, fresh linen and towels. Heating is NOT included in the price (you will be charged according to consumption).
The price does not include the weekly cleaning: Euro 50.
Security deposit:
A security deposit of Euro 150 in local currency is strictly required. This amount will be fully refunded to you upon check-out provided everything is in order.
