The apartment is located north of River Arno, and its closest attractions include Santa Croce (right around the corner), the Sinagogue and the Jewish Museum, Ss Annunziata, Giardino dei Semplici, Giardino della Gherardesca (in which you'll love lying on the grass and relaxing after a long day hiking!) and Teatro la Pergola.

The apartment is composed of a living room, a loft with a single sofa bed (120cm wide, please note that no walls separate the loft from the living room, so there is little privacy, 2 bedrooms with a Queen sized bed each, a completely equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a shower.
The apartment includes AIR CONDITIONING, a TV set (TV only in Italian), a washing machine, a microwave, a toaster, a DVD player, an American coffee maker, a cot, a hairdryer, an iron and an ironing board.
The size of the apartment is about 80 square metres.

The price includes gas and electricity consumption, linen and towels. Pets are not allowed.
Tourist tax (not included in the price): 1 euros per person per night. This tax is not included in the apartment rates, has to be paid upon check in, is not appliable to children under 10 years, and can be applied for a maximum of 10 nights.
