The apartment is located in Via Sant'Antonino, a street at the North of the historic centre of Florence, close to the Mercato Centrale. After a short walk you will be able to reach all the popular sites in Florence: Piazza Duomo (and its breathtaking Cathedral), San Lorenzo Church, Via Calzaiuoli, Piazza Signoria, Ponte Vecchio and many other places.
As for public transportation, Santa Maria Novella, the central railway station, is not far from the apartment, so you will have no trouble getting to your new home if you arrive in Florence by train.
This apartment is located in a central area, so you will have no trouble finding restaurants and shops that will meet all of your needs: the entire area is full of typical restaurants, wine stores, trattorie and shops of all kinds.

This apartment is located on the 3rd floor (lift unavailable).
The apartment is composed by a bedroom with a queen sized bed (which can be diveded in 2 single beds with orthopaedic matresses and bednets, so they are very comfortable, a kitchenette and a bathroom with a shower.
The apartment includes Satellite TV, WIRELESS ADSL INTERNET CONNECTION (computer on request), AIR CONDITIONING, autonomous heating, a microwave, an iron and ironing board.
The size of the apartment is about 30 square metres.

The price includes:

The price includes gas and electricity consumption, linen and towels. Pets are allowed with an extra of Euro 30.
Tourist tax (not included in the price): 1 euros per person per night. This tax is not included in the apartment rates, has to be paid upon check in, is not appliable to children under 10 years, and can be applied for a maximum of 10 nights.

Security deposit:

A security deposit of Euro 150 in local currency is strictly required. This amount will be refunded in full upon check out, provided everything is in order. PLEASE NOTE THAT THE MEETING POINT FOR THE CHECK-IN IS AT A RESTAURANT VERY CLOSE TO THE APARTMENT, CALLED "TRATTORIA GARIBALDI", PIAZZA DEL MERCATO CENTRALE, 38. Please note: Check-in is possible only from 3pm onwards. PLEASE NOTE THAT IF YOU WANT TO CHECK-IN AFTER 22:00 (10:00 P.M.) YOU HAVE TO ASK.
