The price includes gas and electricity consumption, linen and towels. Pets are not allowed.
Tourist tax (not included in the price): 1 euros per person per night. This tax is not included in the apartment rates, has to be paid upon check in, is not applicable to children under 10 years, and can be applied for a maximum of 10 nights.

Security deposit:

On your arrival you have to give to the owner your credit card details or a security deposit of 400 Euro. This amount will be refunded in full upon check out, provided everything is in order. Please note: check-in time should be within 19.00 o’clock (7 pm). A later check-in should be agreed and, in case, there is an extra cost of 30,00 euro.
