This apartment is located in a central area, so you will have no trouble finding restaurants and shops that will meet all of your needs: the entire area is full of typical restaurants, wine stores, trattorie and shops of all kinds.

The property:

This apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a stone medioeval tower, building in the 13th century (please notice that there is no lift and there are 30 steps to climb).
The apartment is composed by a living area with 2 single sofa beds, a kitchenette, one bedroom with a king size bed, a  bathroom with a bathtub.

The rooms have ceilings of over 5 meters, the immense Renaissance windows make the environments bright.

The apartment size is about 50 square metres.

The price includes gas and electricity consumption, linen and towels. Pets are not allowed.
Tourist tax (not included in the price): 1 euros per person per night. This tax is not included in the apartment rates, has to be paid upon check in, is not appliable to children under 10 years, and can be applied for a maximum of 10 nights.
