It is located in a central area, so you will have no trouble finding restaurants and shops that will meet all of your needs: the entire area is full of typical restaurants, wine stores, trattorie and shops of all
kinds.
The apartment is located north of River Arno next to the most important attractions: Piazza San Lorenzo, Museo dell'Accademia, Palazzo Vecchio, Galleria degli Uffizi, Ponte Vecchio and much, much more!
As for public transportation, the Santa Maria Novella railway station is barely a 10-minute walk away.

The property:

This apartment is located on the 1st floor (lift unavailable) of an historical building of 16th century. It has parquet flooring and it is very bright. The apartment has been completely renovated in 2007. In the entrance of the building there is an ancient fountain in stone and a large staircase also in stone, which leads to the apartment.
The apartment is composed by a living room with a comfortable double sofa bed (160 cm wide) and a completely equipped kitchen, a bedroom with a Queen sized bed and a mezzanine (loft) with a spacious wardrobe  and a single sofa bed (120 cm wide) and a bathroom with shower.
The apartment includes a TV set (Italian TV only), AIR CONDITIONING, a washing machine, a dish-washer, a microwave, a toaster, a hairdryer, an American coffee machine, autonomous heating and an iron and iron board.
The size of the apartment is about 65 square metres.

The price includes gas and electricity consumption, linen and towels. Pets are not allowed.
Tourist tax (not included in the price): 1 euros per person per night. This tax is not included in the apartment rates, has to be paid upon check in, is not appliable to children under 10 years, and can be applied for a maximum of 10 nights.
