Its situation makes it possible to reach all the popular sites in Florence on foot: Piazza S. Croce, Ponte Vecchio, gli Uffizi e Piazza Signoria, and many other places.
This apartment is located in a central area, so you will have no trouble finding restaurants and shops that will meet all of your needs: the entire area is full of typical restaurants, wine stores, trattorie and shops of all kinds.

The property:

This apartment is located on the 6th floor (lift available, 20 steps to be climbed). It is composed by a small bedroom with a double sofa bed, in the living room, there is a sleeping area  with a double bed, divided by a sliding bookshelves (an extra bed -90 X 170- may be added to accommodate a young 5th person); a bathroom with shower, a kitchen and a sunny terrace.
The size of the apartment is about 78 square metres, plus the TERRACE (8 square metres) that it has a great views of the city!

The price includes gas and electricity consumption, linen and towels. Pets are not allowed.
Tourist tax (not included in the price): 1 euros per person per night. This tax is not included in the apartment rates, has to be paid upon check in, is not appliable to children under 10 years, and can be applied for a maximum of 10 nights.

Security deposit:

A security deposit of 150 Euro is strictly required at the time of the check-in. This amount will be refunded in full upon check out, provided everything is in order.
