This  apartment is located on Via delle Concie, a 2-minute walk away from the historic centre of Florence.
 The apartment is located north of River Arno, and its closest attractions include Santa Croce (right around the corner), the Sinagogue and the Jewish Museum, Ss Annunziata, Giardino dei Semplici, Giardino della Gherardesca (in which you'll love lying on the grass and relaxing after a long day hiking!) and Teatro la Pergola.
The most important sites in Florence (the ones that you were thinking of when you decided to spend your holidays in this lovely city) are all within walking distance: Palazzo dei Medici, San Lorenzo, Piazza Duomo, Galleria degli Uffizi, Ponte Vecchio and much, much more!
As for public transportation, the Santa Maria Novella railway station is barely a 10-15 minute walk away.
This apartment is located in a central area, so you will have no trouble finding restaurants and shops that will meet all of your needs: the entire area is full of typical restaurants, wine stores, trattorie and shops of all kinds. We suggest you a visit to the Sant'Ambrogio market during the morning.

The property:

This apartment is located on the 4th floor (lift unavailable), it has been completely renovated combining antique truly Florentine style (with wooden beamed ceilings) with the modern style. It has nice view of Florence and overlook the hills. The apartment is composed of a living room with a kitchenette, a loft with a french bed (120 cm wide), a bedroom with a Queen sized bed, a bathroom with a shower. The apartment includes AIR CONDITIONING, a TV set (TV only in Italian), a DVD player,  a CD player, a microwave.
The size of the apartment is about 30 square metres.

The price includes:

The price includes gas and electricity consumption, linen and towels. Pets are not allowed.
Tourist tax (not included in the price): 1 euros per person per night. This tax is not included in the apartment rates, has to be paid upon check in, is not appliable to children under 10 years, and can be applied for a maximum of 10 nights.

Security deposit:

A security deposit of 200 Euro is strictly required at the time of the check-in. This amount will be refunded in full upon check out, provided everything is in order.
