The apartment is located in an elegant and quiet area near piazza beccaria at only 15 min. walking from Santa Croce Basilica, the world's biggest Franciscan Church and 25 min. walking from the Duomo. The area is full of shops, restaurants, pizzerias,  supermarkets. As for public transportation, there is a bus stop barely 100 metres away from the apartment (Bus line N°6 or Line C1), and the Campo di Marte railway station is only 10 minutes away (on foot).

This apartment is located on the ground floor (3 steps) of an elegant bulding. The apartment consists of a spacious living room with a double sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom with a Queen sized bed, a bedroom with twin beds, two bathrooms, a big entrance and a private terrace of 50 sqm. The apartment is fully equipped with air conditioning, Internet, marbles and old furnitures.

The price includes gas and electricity consumption, linen and towels. Pets are not allowed.
Tourist tax (not included in the price): 1 euros per person per night. This tax is not included in the apartment rates, has to be paid upon check in, is not appliable to children under 10 years, and can be applied for a maximum of 10 nights.

Security deposit:

A security deposit of 150 Euro is strictly required at the time of the check-in. This amount will be refunded in full upon check out, provided everything is in order.
