The apartment is composed of: Entrance, double bedroom with furnished living/dining room with double sofa bed, kitchen, bathroom with shower and little outside courtyard.

The price includes:

The price includes gas and electricity consumption, linen and towels. Pets are allowed.
Tourist tax (not included in the price): 1 euros per person per night. This tax is not included in the apartment rates, has to be paid upon check in, is not appliable to children under 10 years, and can be applied for a maximum of 10 nights.

Security deposit:

A security deposit of 100 Euro is strictly required at the time of the check-in. This amount will be refunded in full upon check out, provided everything is in order.
