The apartment is located north of River Arno, and its closest attractions include Santa Croce (right round the corner!), the Sinagogue and the Jewish museum, Ss Annunziata, Giardino dei Semplici, Giardino della Gherardeca (in which you'll love lying on the grass and relaxing after a long day hiking!) and Teatro la Pergola.
The most important sites in Florence (the ones that you were thinking of when you decided to spend your holidays in this lovely city) are all within walking distance: Palazzo dei Medici, San Lorenzo, Piazza Duomo, Galleria degli Uffizi, Ponte Vecchio and much, much more!

This apartment is located on the 3rd floor (lift unavailable). The apartment has a simple yet very comfortable atmosphere. It is very bright (top floor) and quiet, as it faces a private courtyard.
The apartment is composed by a living room with a single sofa bed, a completely equipped kitchen, a bedroom with a Queen sized bed and a bathroom with a shower.
The apartment includes a washing machine, a microwave, a TV set (TV only in Italian) and a DVD player.
The size of the apartment is about 50 square metres.

The price includes gas and electricity consumption, fresh linen and towels. Pets are not allowed.

Tourist tax (not included in the price): 1 euros per person per night. This tax is not included in the apartment rates, has to be paid upon check in, is not applicable to children under 10 years, and can be applied for a maximum of 10 nights.

Security deposit:

A security deposit of Euro 150 is strictly required. This amount will be fully refunded to you upon check-out provided everything is in order.
