This  apartment is located on Via Maggio. This is a well-known street in Florence, very popular because of its antique stores: those who feel attracted by all sort of things from the early 20th and 19th centuries will be fascinated by the atmosphere on this street!
Via Maggio is located in the historic centre of Florence, very close (about 10 min. on foot ) to the Ponte Vecchio (a bridge that overwhelms both locals and visitors, and which has made many a visitor dream the morning - or afternoon, or evening - away) and Palazzo Pitti (1 min.).
As for public transportation, there is a bus stop barely 50 metres away from the apartment and the Santa Maria Novella, the central railway station, is not far from the apartment, so you will have no trouble getting to your new home if you arrive in Florence by train.

This apartment is located in a central area, so you will have no trouble finding restaurants and shops that will meet all of your needs.

The property:

This apartment, that it has been completely renovated and decorated in truly Florentine style, is located on the 1st floor (lift unavailable) of an antique building.
The apartment is composed by  a dining area with a kitchenette, a bedroom with a double  bed  and a bathroom with a shower.
The apartment includes a a TV set (TV only in Italian) a washing machine and a dishwasher,
The size of the apartment is about 40 square metres.

The price includes:

The price includes gas and electricity consumption, linen and towels.
Pets are not allowed.

Tourist tax (not included in the price):
1 euros per person per night. This tax is not included in the apartment rates, has to be paid upon check in, is not appliable to children under 10 years, and can be applied for a maximum of 10 nights.

Security deposit:

A security deposit of 100 Euro is strictly required at the time of the check-in. This amount will be refunded in full upon check out, provided everything is in order.
