The Gardens, behind the Pitti Palace, the main seat of the Medici grand dukes of Tuscany at Florence, are some of the first and most familiar formal sixteenth century Italian gardens. 

The apartment is 5 min. walking from Porta Romana where there are many shops,one supermarket, restaurants/pizzeria, parking, bus stop.

The property:

This apartment is located on the 2nd and last floor (lift not available). The apartment is composed by two double bedrooms with a Queen size bed each, a living room with a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom. All the big windows are facing a beautiful green area. It seems to be in the classical tuscan countryside but you are 5 minutes walking from Boboli Garden at the beginning of the hill where the "Bellosguardo" tower is.

The size of the apartment is about 55 square metres.

The price includes gas and electricity consumption, linen and towels. Small pets are allowed.
Tourist tax (not included in the price): 1 euros per person per night. This tax is not included in the apartment rates, has to be paid upon check in, is not appliable to children under 10 years, and can be applied for a maximum of 10 nights.

Security deposit:

A security deposit of 150 Euro is strictly required at the time of the check-in. This amount will be refunded in full upon check out, provided everything is in order.
