This apartment is located in Via dell' Oriuolo, in the historic centre of Florence. Its situation makes it possible to reach all the popular sites in Florence on foot: Piazza Duomo (and its breathtaking Cathedral 200 metres away from the apartment), Via Calzaiuoli, Piazza Signoria, Ponte Vecchio and many other places.
This apartment is located in a central area, so you will have no trouble finding restaurants and shops that will meet all of your needs: the entire area is full of typical restaurants, wine stores, trattorie and shops of all kinds.
As for public transportation, there is a bus stop barely 100 metres away from the apartment (C2 and C3 line).

The property:

This STUDIO apartment is located on the 3rd floor with lift of a typical Florentine XIVth century building. It has nice view of the Duomo and the Giotto's bell tower. The studio is composed by a main room with a king size bed, a kitchenette, a bathroom with shower. The apartment is provided with AIR CONDITIONING, Internet access (without computer, please note that you should bring your own laptop), a TV (Italian TV only), a microwave.

The price includes:

The price includes gas and electricity consumption, linen and towels.
Pets are not allowed.
Tourist tax (not included in the price): 1 euros per person per night. This tax is not included in the apartment rates, has to be paid upon check in, is not appliable to children under 10 years, and can be applied for a maximum of 10 nights.

Security deposit:

A security deposit of 150 Euro is strictly required at the time of the check-in. This amount will be refunded in full upon check out, provided everything is in order.
