Its situation makes it possible to reach all the popular sites in Florence on foot: Piazza Duomo (and its breathtaking Cathedral), Via Calzaiuoli, Piazza Signoria, Ponte Vecchio and many other places.
This apartment is located in a central area, so you will have no trouble finding restaurants and shops that will meet all of your needs: the entire area is full of typical restaurants, wine stores, trattorie and shops of all kinds.
As for public transportation, there is a bus stop barely 100 metres away from the apartment, and the main railway station is only 5 minutes away (on foot).

The price includes gas and electricity consumption, linen and towels. Pets are not allowed.

If you reduce your stay before 48 hours of your arrival, the balance to be paid it will be in proportion to the night that you will use, but if you reduce your stay after that time the balance should be paid in full. 

Tourist tax (not included in the price): 1 euros per person per night. This tax is not included in the apartment rates, has to be paid upon check in, is not appliable to children under 10 years, and can be applied for a maximum of 10 nights.

 

Security deposit:

A security deposit of Euro 200 in local currency is strictly required. This amount will be refunded upon check out, provided everything is in order. Please notice that if you check-in after 18:30 you will be asked to pay an extra fee of Euro 30.
