This apartment is located in a central area, so you will have no trouble finding restaurants and shops that will meet all of your needs: the entire area is full of typical restaurants, wine stores, trattorie and shops of all kinds.
As for public transportation, there is a bus stop barely 100 metres away from the apartment, and the main railway station is only 10 minutes away (on foot).

This loft is located on the ground floor and has been completely renovated.
The loft is composed of a living room with a double sofa bed and a sleeping area (on a loft) with a Queen sized bed and a Jacuzzi (please notice that no walls separate the sleeping area from the living room, so there is little privacy), a completely equipped kitchen and a bathroom with a shower.
The loft includes a TV set (TV only in Italian), a washing machine, AIR CONDITIONING, a microwave, a toaster, a dishwasher, a DVD player, an iron and an ironing board.
The size of the loft is about 60 square metres.

The price includes gas and electricity consumption, linen and towels. Pets are not allowed.
Tourist tax (not included in the price): 1 euros per person per night. This tax is not included in the apartment rates, has to be paid upon check in, is not appliable to children under 10 years, and can be applied for a maximum of 10 nights.

Security deposit:

A security deposit of Euro 200 in local currency is strictly required. This amount will be refunded in full upon check out, provided everything is in order.
