This apartment is located in a central area, so you will have no trouble finding restaurants and shops that will meet all of your needs: the entire area is full of typical restaurants, wine stores, trattorie and shops of all kinds.
As for public transportation, the main railway station is only 15-20 minutes away (on foot).

This apartment is located on the 2nd floor (lift unavailable). It has been completely renovated and decorated in truly Florentine style. It is very bright and comfortable, and the building is rather quiet.
The apartment is composed by a living room, a dining area with a balcony, a completely equipped kitchen, a bedroom with a Queen sized bed, a bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with a shower.
The apartment includes a washing machine, a dishwasher, an oven, a microwave, a TV set (TV only in Italian) and an electric coffee maker.
The size of the apartment is about 80 square metres.

The price includes:

The price includes gas and electricity consumption, linen and towels. Pets are not allowed.
Tourist tax (not included in the price): 1 euros per person per night. This tax is not included in the apartment rates, has to be paid upon check in, is not appliable to children under 10 years, and can be applied for a maximum of 10 nights.

Security deposit:

A security deposit of Euro 150 in local currency is strictly required. This amount will be refunded in full upon check out, provided everything is in order.
