The bus arrives to Santa Maria Novella railway station, which is approximately 500 meters far from the apartment. Pisa airport: approximate driving time is 1 hour and distance is 95 kilometers. It's possible to take either the train or the bus. The most enjoyable way to explore this beautiful and compact city is on foot. Taxis and buses are also available.

The property:

The apartment is on the third floor (approx 56 steps, no elevator); it is approximately 70 sqm wide and consists of two bedrooms that can be arranged either as double or twin, one bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious living room with TV and a dining table. Furthermore, there is one divan-bed in the living room. The floor of the rooms is in parquet.

The price includes:

The price includes gas and electricity consumption, linen and towels. Pets are not allowed.
Tourist tax (not included in the price): 1 euros per person per night. This tax is not included in the apartment rates, has to be paid upon check in, is not appliable to children under 10 years, and can be applied for a maximum of 10 nights.

Security deposit:

On your arrival you have to give to the owner your credit card details or a security deposit of 400 Euro. This amount will be refunded in full upon check out, provided everything is in order. Please note: check-in time should be within 19.00 o’clock (7 pm). A later check-in should be agreed and, in case, there is an extra cost of 30,00 euro.
