This apartment is located on Via del Ronco, close to Via Maggio. This is a well-known street in Florence, very popular because of its antique stores: those who feel attracted by all sort of things from the early 20th and 19th centuries will be fascinated by the atmosphere on this street!
Via Maggio is located in the historic centre of Florence, very close to the Ponte Vecchio (a bridge that overwhelms both locals and visitors, and which has made many a visitor dream the morning - or afternoon, or evening - away) and Palazzo Pitti. You shall be able to reach all the artistic sites on foot, and therefore enjoy your stay without having to worry about being tired of buses before you even get to the town centre!
As for public transportation, Santa Maria Novella, the central railway station, is not far from the apartment, so you will have no trouble getting to your new home if you arrive in Florence by train.

This apartment is located on the ground floor. It was completely renovated in 2005. It is accessed through a private courtyard, which makes it very quiet.
The apartment is composed by an entrance hall with a dining and a sitting area, a kitchenette, a bedroom with a double sofa bed and a single bed and a bathroom with a shower. An extra fold-up bed can be added to accommodate parties of 4.
The apartment includes AIR CONDITIONING, a TV set (TV only in Italian), a washing machine, a toaster, an iron and an ironing board.
The size of the apartment is about 40 square metres.
