The surrounding area:

This studio is located on Via dello Sprone, in the historic centre of Florence, very close to the Ponte Vecchio (a bridge that overwhelms both locals and visitors, and which has made many a visitor dream the morning - or afternoon, or evening - away) and Palazzo Pitti. You shall be able to reach all the artistic sites on foot, and therefore enjoy your stay without having to worry about being tired of buses before you even get to the town centre!
As for public transportation, Santa Maria Novella, the central railway station, is not far from the studio, so you will have no trouble getting to your new home if you arrive in Florence by train.

The property:

This studio is located on the 2nd floor (lift unavailable). It includes beautiful wooden beamed ceilings and cotto pavements.
The studio is composed by a main room with a double sofa bed (160cm wide, we reccomend using this option if you're travelling with children), a kitchenette, a loft with a Queen sized bed (please notice that no walls separate this loft from the main room, so there is little privacy) and a bathroom with a shower.
The studio includes a TV set (TV only in Italian), a washing machine, a microwave, a toaster, a dishwasher and an oven.
The size of the apartment is about 30 square metres.

The price includes gas and electricity consumption, fresh linen and towels. Pets are not allowed.
Tourist tax (not included in the price): 1 euros per person per night. This tax is not included in the apartment rates, has to be paid upon check in, is not appliable to children under 10 years, and can be applied for a maximum of 10 nights.

Please notice that if you check-in after 20:00(8pm) you will be asked to pay an extra fee of Euro 25.
