This apartment is in the centre of Florence, in Via dello Sprone, close to Piazza Pitti, Ponte Vecchio, Galleria degli uffizi.
In that area, called Oltrarno, you can visit the most important shops of antique furniture, many typical restaurants and some of the beautiful squares of Florence.

 

The property:

This apartment is located on the ground floor.
It is composed by a living room with a kitchenette, a double bedroom (on request the beds can be two single) and a bathroom with shower.
The windows face the internal garden of the building, so the apartment is very silent despite being in the centre of Florence.
The apartment size is about 35 square metres.

 

The price includes:

The price includes gas and electricity consumption, linen and towels. Pets are not allowed.
Tourist tax (not included in the price): 1 euros per person per night. This tax is not included in the apartment rates, has to be paid upon check in, is not appliable to children under 10 years, and can be applied for a maximum of 10 nights.

 

Security deposit:

A security deposit of 150 Euro is strictly required at the time of the check-in. This amount will be refunded in full upon check out, provided everything is in order.
