This apartment is located on via delle Terme, one of the most important streets of the historic centre of Florence and close to Via Tornabuoni  street one of the most exclusive streets in Florence. Close to the apartment there is Piazza Mercato. At about 70 metres from the apartment there are Ponte Vecchio, Piazza della Signoria, Uffizi.
There is a bus stop at about 50 metres, a taxi stop at about 200 metres; train station at 500 metres. In the same street of this apartment there are a lot of restaurants, bar, shops and a private parking.

The property:

This apartment is located on the 6th and last floor with lift available (please notice that there are 18 steps to climb). The apartment is composed by an entrance with a panoramic view, a living room wth a double sofa bed that is very bright because opened on a small terrace with table and chairs; a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with shower and a kitchenette. The size of the apartment is about 80 square metres.
CHILDREN: The stairway might be dangerous for children under the age of 8, so we prefer not to accommodate them.

The price includes gas and electricity consumption, linen and towels.
Pets are not allowed.
Tourist tax (not included in the price): 1 euros per person per night. This tax is not included in the apartment rates, has to be paid upon check in, is not appliable to children under 10 years, and can be applied for a maximum of 10 nights.

Security deposit:

A security deposit of 200 Euro is strictly required at the time of the check-in. This amount will be refunded in full upon check out, provided everything is in order.
