The apartment is located on Via Borgo La Noce, a street at the North of the historic centre of Florence, close to the Mercato Centrale. After a short walk you will be able to reach all the popular sites in Florence: Piazza Duomo (and its breathtaking Cathedral), San Lorenzo Church, Via Calzaiuoli, Piazza Signoria, Ponte Vecchio and many other places.
As for public transportation, Santa Maria Novella, the central railway station, is not far from the apartment, so you will have no trouble getting to your new home if you arrive in Florence by train.
This apartment is located in a central area, so you will have no trouble finding restaurants and shops that will meet all of your needs: the entire area is full of typical restaurants, wine stores, trattorie and shops of all kinds.

The property:

This studio is located on the 3rd floor (lift unavailable). All the beds are very comfortable, since they include orthopedic matresses and springs.
The studio is composed by a main room with 2 single beds, a kitchenette, a dining area, a loft with 2 single beds (please notice that no walls separate this loft from the main room, so there is little privacy) and a bathroom with a shower.
The apartment includes Satellite TV, Internet (ADSL), AIR CONDITIONING, a microwave, a toaster, an American coffee maker and an iron.
The size of the apartment is about 40 square metres.

Security deposit:

A security deposit of Euro 150 in local currency is strictly required. This amount will be refunded in full upon check out, provided everything is in order.
