This lovely studio is located next to the historic centre of Florence. Its situation makes it possible to reach all the popular sites in Florence on foot: Piazza Duomo (and its breathtaking Cathedral), Via Calzaiuoli, Piazza Signoria, Ponte Vecchio and many other places.
This studio is located in a central area, so you will have no trouble finding restaurants and shops that will meet all of your needs: the entire area is full of typical restaurants, wine stores, trattorie and shops of all kinds.
As for public transportation, the main railway station is only 15 minutes away (on foot).

The property:

This studio is located on the 3rd floor (lift unavailable). It is very bright and includes a lovely terrace for you to relax, get a suntan or just chill out with friends.
The studio is divided in 3 levels: the lower level includes a living area with a double sofa bed, a kitchenette and a bathroom with a shower. The mid level includes a loft with a Queen sized bed (please notice that no walls separate this loft from the main room, so there is little privacy). The upper level includes a great terrace.
The studio includes a hairdryer, AIR CONDITIONING, a stereo player, a microwave, an oven, a washing machine and a TV set (TV only in Italian).
The size of the studio is about 50 square metres.

The price includes gas and electricity consumption, linen and towels. Pets are not allowed.
Tourist tax (not included in the price): 1 euros per person per night. This tax is not included in the apartment rates, has to be paid upon check in, is not appliable to children under 10 years, and can be applied for a maximum of 10 nights.

Security deposit:

A security deposit of Euro 200 in local currency is strictly required. This amount will be refunded in full upon check out, provided everything is in order.
