Right in the heart of Chianti (best known for its wine and olive oil production), this apartment is surrounded by nature of breathtaking beauty, ideal for those who want to have a quiet holiday in Tuscany.
The towns of San Polo in Chianti and Figline Valdarno can be reached very easily: barely a few minutes' drive away you will find everything that you may need during your stay, from grocery stores to tobacconists' to newsagents'.
Some of the most beautiful towns and cities in central Italy can be reached by car, making it possible to make day-trips to places like Florence (25 km), Arezzo (70 km), Siena (40km), San Gimignano (40 km) and Volterra (60 km).
We strongly recommend the use of a car.

This apartment is located within a small, family-run holiday resort that includes 3 other apartments in the same building. Garden and outdoor facilities may have to be shared with other guests.
The apartment includes a living room with a sofa bed, a kitchenette, a bedroom with a Queen sized bed, a bedroom with 2 single beds and a bathroom with a shower. The apartment also includes a great terrace with wonderful views of the country and a private parking spot.
The apartment includes a washing machine, an oven and a TV set (TV only in Italian).
The size of the apartment is about 60 square metres.

The price includes gas and electricity consumption, linen and towels. Pets are not allowed.

Tourist tax (not included in the price):
1,5 euros per person per night. This tax is not included in the apartment rates, has to be paid upon check in, is not applicable to children under 14 years, and can be applied for a maximum of 7 nights.
