This elegant apartment is located on the ground floor. It has been beautifully decorated in typical Tuscan style. The apartment is composed of a living room with a double sofa bed (in a separate area) and a dining area, a completely equipped kitchen, a bedroom with a Queen sized bed, a bathroom with a tub and a patio. The apartment includes a TV set (TV only in Italian), a DVD player, a microwave, an iron and an ironing board. The size of the apartment is about 140 square metres, plus the patio (100 square metres).
