This apartment is located in 'Poggio di Loro'. This knoll, which is part of the 'Prato Magno', is on the Tuscan Apennines and stretches itself, around a castle and the beautiful church of 'Santa Maria Assunta'. The origins of both are lost in the mists of history.
This is the context in which a big old structure has been renovated with expert attention to detail.
Three homes have been created with a sense of recreating a bygone taste; the furniture and accessories do not fail to usher you into the comforts of the past without, however, neglecting modern comforts so that your stay will be enjoyable.
Poggio di Loro is not only a great place to visit and to live in, but the short distance separating it from Florence, Siena and Arezzo enables planning visit to these magnificent cities full of art and their surrounding, just to mention Chianti.
The apartment is 40 km away from Florence; 30 Km from Arezzo and 45 Km from Siena.
Even if the hamlet is very small, there is a grocery store where you will be able to find almost everything you need. The nearest town is only 3km, and there you will find a bank, the post-office and a large variety of services.

The property:

This apartment is located on the garden floor.
It consists of an entrance hall, a living room with a double sofa bed, a kitchen, a double bedroom, a storeroom and a bathroom. The bedroom overlooks the garden.
This apartment is provided with the following items: TV set (Satellite TV), stereo Hi-Fi, thermo-regulator, fire extinguisher, safe, first aid box, hair dryer, and washing facilities (shared with other apartments).
There is the possibility to use a interphone between the apartments.
The size of the apartment is about 50 square metres.
The apartment is in the same building as two other apartments (click here to view apartment 2 and view apartment 3) that can be rented, giving you the possibility of bringing a party of up to 16 people (6+6+4).

Minimum stay policies:

Please note that during the high season (July and August and Christmas period) the minimum stay is 7 nights and the rental period goes from Saturday to Saturday only.

The price includes gas and electricity consumption, linen and towels. Small pets are allowed.

Security deposit:

A security deposit of 300 Euro in local currency is strictly required. This amount will be refunded in full upon check out, provided everything is in order.
