This villa is located in a very quiet area, away from urban hustle and bustle, close to Rassina, in Casentino area, in Arezzo (Tuscany). Rassina is a very small town located on top of a hill, about 400 above the sea. If you're looking forward to a quiet holiday, this is definitely a perfect choice! You may enjoy the foods and wine of the Tuscan countryside and have a look at antique shops in Arezzo (20km away!), as well as visit some famous sites, such as Cortona, Camaldoli, Florence, Montalcino, Pienza, San Gimignano, Siena, Perugia, Assisi and Gubbio.
The property:
This completely independent villa is divided in 3 floors (lift unavailable) and has a wonderful garden. The ground floor is composed of a large entrance hall, a bedroom with a Queen sized bed and a bathroom with a shower. The first floor is composed of a living room with a terrace, a completely equipped kitchen with a dining area, a bathroom with shower and a tub and 2 bedrooms, each of which with a Queen sized bed and a single bed. The 2nd floor is composed of a big den with a ping-pong table, with a French size bed (about 140cm wide) and a bedroom with a Queen sized bed and a bathroom with a tub. The villa includes a TV set (TV only in Italian), a washing machine, a dishwasher, a microwave, a toaster, a DVD player, an iron and an ironing board. The size of the villa is about 260 square metres, plus the garden (500 square metres).

The price includes gas and electricity consumption, linen and towels.
Heating consumption is not included in the price, this is to be paid upon consumption (the price is EURO 2 /m3 and the price of firewood is EURO 25/100 kilos ).
Pets are allowed (30 euro extra for week).
Security deposit:
A security deposit of Euro 300 in local currency is strictly required. This amount will be refunded in full upon check out, provided everything is in order.
