This neighborhood is characterized by three major influences: Firstly, parts of it are very old; countless historic sites and monuments lie scattered between the modern buildings of this neighborhood. Secondly, as well as being filled with the everyday bustle of countless markets, shops, offices, restaurants, hotels, the area is residential, which accounts for a highly dense and varied population. Lastly, this is probably the fastest changing and the most multiethnic neighborhood in the centre of Rome: Predominantly asian shops and restaurants - countless and ever-changing - can be found on every corner and in every variety.
Nevertheless, the sense of being in Rome is always present: Italian shops and restaurants are not scarce, and the huge markets also deliver a highly authentic roman experience. This location is a good choice for anyone enjoys the enthralling hustle and bustle of a fast-changing urban environment.
Some of the most popular sites in Rome (such as the Colosseum, the Roman Forum and Piazza Venezia) can be reached on foot from the apartment, which makes its location most convenient. As for public transportation, Piazza Vittorio Emanuele, just around the corner, is well-served with various bus lines. While the Line A metro stations “Vittorio Emanuele” and “Manzoni” are each at 5 minutes on foot from the apartment, you may find the central railway station, Termini, even more convenient: Its entrance on Via Giolitti is at only 2 minutes on foot. Both metro lines and countless bus lines run through Termini and will take you virtually anywhere in the city.

The property:

This apartment is located on the first floor (with lift) of a modern building.
The apartment is composed by a well equipped kitchen with a dining area, a bathroom with a shower, a bedroom with a queen sized bed and a single bed, a double bedroom with a french bed and a bedroom with three single beds. A little terrace is accessible from the kitchen, convenient for summer evenings.
The apartment includes autonomous heating and a TV set (only italian channels), and a stereo system. Please note that the fridge in the kitchen is rather small. The size of the apartment is approximately 90 sqm.

The price includes gas and electricity consumption, fresh linen and towels.
Tourist tax (not included in the price):
2 euros per person per night. This tax is not included in the apartment rates, has to be paid upon check in, is not appliable to children under 10 years, and can be applied for a maximum of 10 nights.

Security deposit:

A security deposit of 100 Euro is strictly required. This amount will be fully refunded to you upon check-out provided everything is in order.
