The price includes gas and electricity consumption, linen and towels. Pets are not allowed.

Tourist tax (not included in the price) valid from 1st January 2011:  

2 euros per person per night. This tax is not included in the apartment rates, has to be paid upon check in, is not appliable to children under 10 years, and can be applied for a maximum of 10 nights.   

Security deposit:

A security deposit of 200 Euro is strictly required at the time of the check-in. This amount will be refunded in full upon check out, provided everything is in order. Please note: If you check in later than 20.30 (8.30pm) you will be charged an extra fee of 40 Euro and if you want to check-in, between 6-10.30am, in the case no other guests will check-out the same morning, you will be asked an extra of euro 40.
