The surrounding area:

The apartment is located in Via Attilio Benigni, in the suburban neighbourhood of Monte Sacro area (between Via Nomentana and Via Tiburtina). This is a quiet area of Rome,  tourists rarely get to this side of the city.
As for public transportation, there are several bus lines and the metro B station of Rebibbia (bus line n. 341 or  311 only one stop to Rebibbia Metro stop) which connects you easely with the city cente.

Please note that this apartment is very close to Via Tiburtina and the Metro B station of Rebibba but far from Porta Pia.

The property:

This apartment is located on the 2nd floor(lift unavailable). It is elegantly furnished and has very bright rooms.
The apartment is composed by a bedroom with a Queen sized bed, a bedroom with 2 single beds (there is a TV in each of the bedrooms), a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower. There is also abalcony. 
The apartment includes two TV sets (TV only in Italian), AIR CONDITIONING, INTERNET WIFI, autonomous heating and an iron and an ironing board.
The size of the apartment is about 55 square metres.

The price includes:

The price includes gas and electricity consumption, linen and towels. 
Tourist tax (not included in the price):
2 euros per person per night. This tax is not included in the apartment rates, has to be paid upon check in, is not appliable to children under 10 years, and can be applied for a maximum of 10 nights.

Security deposit:

A security deposit of Euro 100 in local currency is strictly required. This amount will be refunded in full upon check out, provided everything is in order. Please note: No check-in after 20pm. For exceptions after 20pm there will be an extra of euro 30.

In this apartment kids up to 3 years can stay for free.
