The surrounding area:

This apartment is located on Via Balilla.
Since this is a populated area of Rome where people actually live there are several supermarkets and grocery stores ("alimentari") nearby, so you will not have any problems finding food and basic items. The area is also filled with Eastern restaurants (Chinese, Indian, etc) mixed up among traditional Italian places.
Some of the most popular sites in Rome (such as the Coliseum, the Roman Forum and Piazza Venezia) can be reached on foot from the apartment, which makes its location most convenient.
As for public transportation, the Piazza Vittorio and Manzoni metro stops are a 5-minute walk away each. The central railway station (Termini) is a few minutes away on foot (via Gioliti exit).

The property:

This apartment is located on the 2nd and 3rd floors of a little villa. The apartment has been completely renovated and has artistically decorated floors and walls, made with recicled materials.
The apartment is divided in two levels: the lower level includes 3 bedrooms, each of which has a Queen sized bed and a loft with 3 single beds (please notice that no walls separate these lofts from the bedrooms, so there is little privacy). Two of these bedrooms have an ensuite bathroom with a shower. This level also includes another bathroom (with a shower) and a completely equipped kitchen.
The upper level is composed by a bedroom with a single bed and a lovely terrace.
The apartment includes a TV set (TV only in Italian).
The size of the apartment is about 150 square metres (lower level: 60 square metres; lofts: 45 square metres; upper floor: 19 square metres; terrace: 40 square metres).

The price includes gas and electricity consumption, fresh linen and towels. Pets are allowed with an extra of 5 euro per day. Tourist tax (not included in the price):
2 euros per person per night. This tax is not included in the apartment rates, has to be paid upon check in, is not appliable to children under 10 years, and can be applied for a maximum of 10 nights.

Security deposit:

A security deposit of Euro 300 is strictly required. This amount will be fully refunded to you upon check-out provided everything is in order. This house also accepts Visa and Mastercard payments for the balance.
