It is within walking distance from the metro stop "Cipro" and therefore connected to the railway station termini, Barberini - the Trevi Fountain, Spagna - the Spanish Steps and, when switching to line B - the Coliseum and the Roman Forum. This apartment is an excellent choice for those who want to visit the most important touristic spots whilst staying in a quiet neighbourhood.

The price includes gas and electricity consumption, linen and towels. Pets are not allowed. For booking of 30 nights or more gas, heating and electricity consumption are not included in the rental fee.
Tourist tax (not included in the price):
2 euros per person per night. This tax is not included in the apartment rates, has to be paid upon check in, is not appliable to children under 10 years, and can be applied for a maximum of 10 nights.

Security deposit:

A security deposit of Euro 150 in local currency is strictly required. This amount will be refunded in full upon check out, provided everything is in order. If you check-in between 20:00 and 22:00 there is an extra of 20 euro; after 22:00 there is an extra of 30 euro.
