This apartment is located on Via G. Bettolo, near Via Giuliana and Via delle Milizie in Prati, which is one of the quietest quarters in the centre of Rome. The Basilica di San Pietro, the Vatican City and the Vatican Museums are just a 10-minute walk away from the apartment. Its fine location makes this apartment an excellent choice for those who want to visit the most important touristic spots whilst staying in a quiet, residential area. Bettolo is also conveniently located very close to several restaurants and shops This apartment is also located 3 minutes away from the Ottaviano - San Pietro Metro stop (Line A), which takes directly to Termini (central railway station), Barberini - Fontana di Trevi, etc, and enables you to get to the Line B (Colosseo, Foro Romano, etc).

The property:

This apartment is located on the second floor with lift (please notice that there are some steps to climb outside the apartment to reach the lift). The apartment is composed by a living room with a double sofa bed, a dining area, two double bedrooms, a bathroom with shower, a kitchen and a balcony in the living room. An extra bed can be added for the 7th person. As you can notice from the pictures this apartment has a very nice decorated floor. The apartment includes a TV set (TV only in Italian), air conditioning, washing machine, dishwasher, CD+radio+tape. The size of the apartment is 120 square metres.

The price includes gas and electricity consumption, linen and towels. Pets are not allowed.
Tourist tax (not included in the price):
2 euros per person per night. This tax is not included in the apartment rates, has to be paid upon check in, is not appliable to children under 10 years, and can be applied for a maximum of 10 nights.

Security deposit:

If you check in later than 23:00 (11:00pm) you will be charged an extra fee of 20 Euro.
