This apartment is located on Via G. Bettolo, near Via Giuliana and Via delle Milizie in Prati, which is one of the quietest quarters in the centre of Rome. The Basilica di San Pietro, the Vatican City and the Vatican Museums are just a 10-minute walk away from the apartment. Its fine location makes this apartment an excellent choice for those who want to visit the most important touristic spots whilst staying in a quiet, residential area. Bettolo is also conveniently located very close to several restaurants and shops This apartment is also located 3 minutes away from the Ottaviano - San Pietro Metro stop (Line A), which takes directly to Termini (central railway station), Barberini - Fontana di Trevi, etc, and enables you to get to the Line B (Colosseo, Foro Romano, etc).

This apartment is located on the third floor (lift available, please notice that there are some steps to climb outside the apartment before you reach the lift).
The apartment is composed by a living room, 3 double bedrooms (two of the bedrooms have twin beds), a bathroom with a bathtub and a completely equipped kitchen.
An extra bed can be added for the 7th person.
The apartment includes AIR CONDITIONING, a TV set (TV only in Italian), a dishwasher and an oven.
The size of the apartment is 120 square metres.

The price includes gas and electricity consumption, linen and towels. Pets are not allowed.
Tourist tax (not included in the price):
2 euros per person per night. This tax is not included in the apartment rates, has to be paid upon check in, is not appliable to children under 10 years, and can be applied for a maximum of 10 nights.

Security deposit:

If you check in later than 23:00 (11:00pm) you will be charged an extra fee of 20 Euro.
