This apartment is located on Via dei Campani, in the young, lively district of San Lorenzo. This neighbourhood is one of the most popular ones amongst university students in Rome, for it is set very close to the Città Universitaria. The entire area is filled with students who attend different courses (from Engireering to Modern Languages), and thus many pubs, cinemas and entertainment places in general have been opened in this area over the last years. Some of the most interesting sites around San Lorenzo include Porta di San Lorenzo, Basilica di San Lorenzo fuori le mura, the Cemetery of Verano, the University City and the Catacumbs of Ciriaca. The apartment is not very far away from the Central Railway Station of Termini, which comes in very handy if you arrive in Rome by train (either from the airport or from another Italian city). The district of San Lorenzo offers many public transportation opportunities: the different trolleys and buses, as well as the Policlinico Metro Stop (Line B) will take you virtually anywhere in the city.

The property:

This apartment is located on the 4th and last floor (lift unavailable). It has been completely renovated. It faces a private courtyard, so it is rather quiet.
It is composed by a living room with a double sofa bed, a kitchenette, a small bedroom with a Queen sized bed and a bathroom with a shower. There is also a small balcony.
The apartment includes a TV set (TV only in Italian), a washing machine (which tuble dries clothes too), AIR CONDITIONING, a microwave, an iron, an ironing board, a stereo player and a DVD player.
The size of the apartment is about 50 square metres.

The price includes gas and electricity consumption, linen and towels. Pets are not allowed.
Tourist tax (not included in the price):
2 euros per person per night. This tax is not included in the apartment rates, has to be paid upon check in, is not appliable to children under 10 years, and can be applied for a maximum of 10 nights.

Security deposit:

A security deposit of Euro 100 in local currency is strictly required. This amount will be refunded in full upon check out, provided everything is in order.
