It is located in the lively neighbourhood of Garbatella, in front of the historic Teatro del Palladiume and a short walk away from the Basilica di San Paolo, Terme di Caracalla, Casa del Jazz, Catacombe. The apartment is also very close to the Testaccio area, a district filled with colourful bars, shops and entertainment possibilities where people of all ages can enjoy themselves.
The bus stop that takes you to Piazza Venezia and the Metro stop (Line B) for Colosseo/Termini is barely a 10-minute walk away.

This apartment is located on the 4th floor (lift available).
The apartment is composed by 3 bedrooms with 3 double beds (double beds or single beds on request) and a single sofa bed each (one of which includes a kitchenette), a completely equipped kitchen, 1 bathroom with a tub, 2 bathrooms with a shower and a balcony.
There is also an extra fold-up bed for a 10th person.
The apartment is provided with air conditionning, a dishwasher, a washing machine, a TV set (satellite TV available) and free Internet (ADSL connection). Garage is also available for an extra fee of 15 Euro per day.

The price includes gas and electricity consumption, linen and towels.
Tourist tax (not included in the price):
2 euros per person per night. This tax is not included in the apartment rates, has to be paid upon check in, is not appliable to children under 10 years, and can be applied for a maximum of 10 nights.

A security deposit of 50 Euro in local currency is strictly required. This amount will be refunded in full upon check out, provided everything is in order.
