This charming apartment is located on Via Cavour, between the old neighbourhood of Monti and Santa Maria Maggiore on the Esquilino hill. The historic centre of Rome can be found down Via Cavour, just a few minutes away. The Roman Forum, the Colisseum and Piazza Venezia are only a five-minute walk away! The Church of Santa Maria Maggiore is not very far away and can easily be reached on foot. The Basilica of San Giovanni in Laterano can also be easily reached by tram, and if you take another bus from there you will find yourself in the Catacombs, off the Roman walls.
As for public transportation connections, the Cavour metro stop (line B) is located just a few minutes away, and several trams as well as buses will take you virtually anywhere in the city.

The property:

This charming and cozy apartment has been completely renovated and is located on the seventh floor (with lift up to the sixth floor) of a historical building that overlooks the centre of Rome.
The apartment is composed by a living room with a double sofa bed and a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a bathtub, a bedroom with a Queen size bed, a bedroom with two single beds and an attic terrace that overlooks the Roman roofs.
The apartment is provided with air conditioning, Satellite TV, an iron, a washing machine and a dishwasher.
The size of the apartment is roughly 65 square metres, plus the terrace (40 square metres).

The price includes:

The price includes gas and electricity consumption for stay shorter than one week (for 7 nights or more electricity is paid according to the use), fresh linen and towels. Pets are not allowed.
Tourist tax (not included in the price):
2 euros per person per night. This tax is not included in the apartment rates, has to be paid upon check in, is not appliable to children under 10 years, and can be applied for a maximum of 10 nights.

Security deposit:

A security deposit of 200 Euro is strictly required. This amount will be fully refounded to you at the end of your stay provided no damage has been done. Please note that you will have to check-in no later than 22:00 (10pm).
