This apartment is located in Vicolo del Cinque, in Trastevere, a lively, well-known neighbourhood in Rome. The whole neighbourhood is filled with shops, restaurants, pubs and pizzeria, which makes this a perfect area to go out at any time of the day or the night. Trastevere seems to have a special magnet that attracts people from all over the world, and is the favourite Roman Quarter for artists, musicians, actors and people who seek something new. Its colourful personality never leaves you untouched. It is located in a quiet area despite being in the heart of Trastevere, and a few metres away from the Isola Tiberina. The Roman Forum, Coliseum, Pantheon, Piazza Navona and more sites are all within walking distance. As for public transportation, there is a tram stop that will take you directly to Largo argentina, and the rest of the historic centre.
The property:
This studio is located on the 1st floor (lift unavailable). It is rather small and pretty basic, but has everything that's essential for a holiday. Smoking is absolutely prohibited. The studio is composed by a main room with a sitting/dining area, a kitchenette, a single sofa bed, a bathroom with a shower and a loft with a double matress. Please notice that this matress does not have a bednet (it has been set directly on the floor), and that the ceiling of this loft is pretty low (1.5m). The size of the studio is about 25 square metres.

The price includes gas and electricity consumption, fresh linen and towels. Pets are allowed for an extra fee of Euro 10 per night.
Security deposit:
A security deposit of Euro 150 is strictly required. This amount will be fully refunded to you upon check-out provided everything is in order.
This is a no-smoking studio, and therefore SMOKING IS ABSOLUTELY PROHIBITED.
Please notice that if you check-in after 23:00 you will be asked to pay an extra fee of Euro 30.
