You can also reach Trinità dei Monti and the Pincio (Borghese Gardens) by taking the lift inside the entrance to the Metro, without having to walk up the Spanish Steps.

This apartment is located on the 1st floor (lift available, 1 step that need to be climbed before you reach the lift), in the heart of Rome.
The apartment is composed by a living room with a double sofa bed, 1 bedroom with a queen sized bed,  a kitchenette, 1 bathroom with a shower . The apartment includes a TV set (Italian TV only), AIR CONDITIONING, autonomous heating, an electric oven and a coffee machine.
The size of the apartment is about 30 square metres, plus courtyard (40 square meters).

The price includes gas and electricity consumption, linen and towels. Pets are allowed.
Tourist tax (not included in the price):
2 euros per person per night. This tax is not included in the apartment rates, has to be paid upon check in, is not appliable to children under 10 years, and can be applied for a maximum of 10 nights.

Security deposit:

A security deposit of Euro 200 in local currency is strictly required. This amount will be refunded in full upon check out, provided everything is in order. Please notice that if you check-in after 19:30 (07:30 pm) you will be asked to pay an extra fee of Euro 35.
