This apartment is located on Via Federico Nansen, very close to Piramide Ostiense, which sports the only piramid in Rome. It is located in the lively neighbourhood of Garbatella, in front of the historic Teatro del Palladiume and a short walk away from the Basilica di San Paolo, Terme di Caracalla, Casa del Jazz, Catacombe. The apartment is also very close to the Testaccio area, a district filled with colourful bars, shops and entertainment possibilities where people of all ages can enjoy themselves.
The Metro stop (Line B) for Colosseo/Termini is barely a 3-minute walk away, and many buses run through Via Nansen: this will enable you to get everywhere in Rome!

The property:

This apartment is located on the ground floor (please notice that you will have to climb a few steps before you reach the front door). It has been recently renovated and has a very comfortable atmposphere, which is just what you need during a perfect a holiday in Rome.
The apartment is composed by a main room with a kitchenette, a dining area and a sleeping area (with a Queen sized bed and a single bed, please notice that no walls separate this sleeping area from the rest of the room), a bedroom with a Queen sized bed and a bathroom with a tub. An extra single bed can be added to accommodate parties of 6.
The apartment includes a TV set (TV only in Italian), a DVD/DVX player, a hairdryer, an oven, an iron and an ironing board.
The size of the apartment is about 65 square metres.

Features:

For extra security and comfort, an iron grating and a mosquito net will be installed for each window - there will be no need to worry if you want to leave the house and leave the windows open! Available in June 2008.

The price includes gas and electricity consumption, linen and towels. Pets are not allowed
Tourist tax (not included in the price):
2 euros per person per night. This tax is not included in the apartment rates, has to be paid upon check in, is not appliable to children under 10 years, and can be applied for a maximum of 10 nights.

Security deposit:

A security deposit of Euro 50 in local currency is strictly required. This amount will be refunded in full upon check out, provided everything is in order
