People of all ages gather around the beautiful fountain of Piazza di Spagna and sit on the Spanish Steps, which link the square with Trinità de' Monti. This wonderful church overlooks Piazza di Spagna and becomes spectacular in spring when the steps are covered with flowers to celebrate the end of the winter!
All the most famous and exclusive Italian and international brands, from Bulgari to Cartier, Valentino, Prada and Versace, have stores in and around Via Condotti, just a few steps away.
For those seeking more inexpensive shopping, Via del Corso (which starts on Piazza del Popolo and ends on Piazza Venezia, both at walking distance from the apartment) is a favourite for Romans and visitors alike when it comes to clothing.
As for public transportation, the Spagna Metro stop (Line A) is right behind the square, and there are several minibuses that run through Via del Corso. You also have the entrances to the car park (parkSì) in Villa Borghese close by. The accommodation is close to a taxi rank and bus stops.
You can also reach Trinità dei Monti and the Pincio (Borghese Gardens) by taking the lift inside the entrance to the Metro, without having to walk up the Spanish Steps.
Close by this prestigious location are some of the most famous monuments, squares and streets of Rome - Piazza del Popolo, Via del Corso, the Trevi Fountain, the Pantheon, Piazza Venezia, the Capitol, the Roman Forum, the Colosseum, Villa Borghese, Villa Medici and Via Veneto. The property:

This apartment is located on the 3rd floor (lift available) of an ancient building that has been recently renovated. The building entrance is very modern and well maintained.
This cosy apartment is composed by a living room with a double sofa bed, a small equipped kitchen, a bedroom with a Queen size bed and a bathroom with a shower. The apartment has some nice wooden floors.
The apartment is provided with AIR CONDITIONING, wireless and cable Internet access (without computer, please note that you should bring your own laptop), a TV set (Italian TV only), a washing machine/clothes dryer, a dish washer, microwave, electic kettle, toaster, an electric oven, an iron and a hair dryer.
The size of the apartment is about 40 square metres.

The price includes gas and electricity consumption, linen and towels.
Tourist tax (not included in the price):
2 euros per person per night. This tax is not included in the apartment rates, has to be paid upon check in, is not appliable to children under 10 years, and can be applied for a maximum of 10 nights.

Security deposit:

A security deposit of 200 Euro in local currency is strictly required. This amount will be refunded in full upon check out, provided everything is in order. If you check-in after 22:00 (10p.m.) you wil be asked to pay an extra fee of Euro 30, and after 24:00 (midnight) an extra of Euro 50.
