The surrounding area:

This apartment is located on Via Garibaldi, in Trastevere, a lively, well-known neighbourhood in Rome. The whole neighbourhood is filled with shops, restaurants, pubs and pizzeria, which makes this a perfect area to go out at any time of the day or the night. Trastevere seems to have a special magnet that attracts people from all over the world, and is the favourite Roman Quarter for artists, musicians, actors and people who seek something new. Its colourful personality never leaves you untouched. The apartment is located in a quiet area despite being in the heart of Trastevere.
The Roman Forum, Coliseum, Pantheon, Piazza Navona and more sites are all within walking distance.
As for public transportation, there is a tram (trolley) stop that will take you directly to Largo argentina, and the rest of the historic centre.

The property:

This apartment is located on the ground floor. It has been completely renovated, and is nice and colourful, but it has only one window (in the kitchenette). All the sleeping areas are in a basement, so there is no natural light. However, we would like to emphasize that an excellent air conditioning system has been placed in the basement area, with air purification 16 times per hour, so it does not feel like a basement at all.
Please notice that there is also very little privacy in the sleeping areas. 
The apartment is split in two levels: the upper level (the ground floor) includes a small living room with a double sofa bed (140 cm wide), a kitchenette (with a window) and a nice bathroom with a shower.
Down a flight of stairs, the basement area with the bedrooms can be found: there is a landing with a single sofa bed, a bedroom with a Queen sized bed and a double sofa bed in a slightly (but not completely) separated area, and another bedroom with a Queen sized bed and a double puff bed.
The apartment includes Satellite TV, a washing machine, a dishwasher, AIR CONDITIONING in the basement, a fan upstairs.
The size of the apartment is about 100 square metres.

Tourist tax (not included in the price):
2 euros per person per night. This tax is not included in the apartment rates, has to be paid upon check in, is not appliable to children under 10 years, and can be applied for a maximum of 10 nights.

Security deposit:

Please notice that if you check-in between 20:00 and 24:00 you will be asked to pay an extra fee of Euro 25; after midnight there will be an extra fee of 50 Euro.
