This lovely apartment is located on Via dei Gracchi, a few minutes away from the Vatican Museums, in the distinguished district of Prati. This is one of the best known neighbourhoods in Rome amongst locals: it is incredibly calm and quiet, whilst being in the heart of the modern part of Rome. Some of the best shops and restaurants in the Eternal City can be found in this area: Piazza Mazzini leads to the best shopping spots, cinemas and ristoranti known by Romans, as well as great pubs where the youngest at heart can have fun any day of the week. Every morning groups of all sizes walk along the Vatican Walls in order to get to the Vatican Museums, definitely a must for those who like art – and even for those who do not like it quite so much, the Sixtine Chapel (where new Popes are elected during the conclave) is definitely worth seeing!
The area also allows visitors to enjoy all the facilities that modern Rome offers – Viale Giulio Cesare and well as Via Ottaviano (both a few metres away from the apartment) offer locals and visitors the oportunity to do some sensible shopping without having to leave the city centre.
As for public transportation, there is a metro station (line A, "Lepanto") close to the apartment.

The property:

This apartment is located on the 2nd floor (lift available) of a very elegant building that dates back to the end of the 19th Century.
The apartment is composed of a living room with a double sofa bed, a completely equipped kitchen, a bedroom with a Queen sized bed, a bedroom with 2 single beds and a bathroom with a tub.
The apartment includes a TV set (TV only in Italian), a washing machine, a toaster, an iron and an ironing board.
The size of the apartment is about 90 square metres.

The price includes:

The price includes gas and electricity consumption, fresh linen and towels. There are no further costs or hidden costs to consider. Pets are not allowed.
Tourist tax (not included in the price):
2 euros per person per night. This tax is not included in the apartment rates, has to be paid upon check in, is not appliable to children under 10 years, and can be applied for a maximum of 10 nights.

Security deposit:

On your arrival you have to give to the owner your credit card details or a security deposit of 200 Euro. This amount will be refunded in full upon check out, provided everything is in order. Check-in: within 10 pm. If you check in later than 8 pm you will be charged an extra fee of 50 Euro.
